Price-Match Guarantee
iBuild, Inc has a price-match guarantee. This means that in an insurance claim situation, iBuild agrees to replace the roof for the exact same price that the insurance company estimates the replacement cost to be.
This accomplishes many things:
- The customer gets the best roofing system on the market.
- The customer recovers all of their recoverable depreciation.
- The customer does not have to waste valuable time getting bids from 3 or more contractors.
- The customer knows that their maximum out of pocket expense is the amount of their deductible.
Should the insurance company forget to include some items on the claim, iBuild, Inc will file a supplement and handle all of the paperwork for the customer. If a supplement is not approved by the insurance carrier, then the customer does not owe for that item.

Most other companies will charge for all of these upgrades. iBuild, Inc chooses to throw them in for free as a courtesy to our customers and also to ensure that our roofing systems are the best on the market.
